Does anyone have some idea about Charter Elementary Schools? The place we had selected in Encino have Charter elementary Schools..How different is it from a public school? People are giving me different explanations about Charter School..am totally confused..Just let me know do we have to pay xtra from our pockets when sending our child to Charter School? Any help would be appreciated...I really need some help.
Although charter schools provide an alternative to other public schools, they are part of the public education system and are not allowed to charge tuition. Where enrollment in a charter school is oversubscribed, admission is frequently allocated by lottery-based admissions systems. However, the lottery is open to all students. So please call the School directly to get the information about enrollment.
